Application

The hydraulic ironing machine has been constructed especially for ironing, that means straightening and smoothening of graining, that means embossing of an artificial design into the grain side of the upper leathers.

Description

The machine consists of a frame construction (1) of high-quality steel metal sheets, welded in the monolithic structure for the sake of working pressure elimination. The main strained parts (frame, table, roller) have been designed and optimized with regard to the minimal weight and maximal service life of the welded connections by the help of a professional software package. The ironing or the graining plate (3) is attached to the heating plate (7), which is equipped with electrical heating. The electrical heating is being controlled by an adjustable controller. The working table (2) has got a high stroke making the insertion of leathers into the machine easier.

The hydraulic part of the machine has been equipped with components with an axial piston pump, which is driven by an electromotor through a flexible coupling. The hydraulic system is being protected from overloading by a safety valve. The pump is automatically switched-off by a closing valve immediately after the working pressure has been attained, so it continues running while lightened. The main piston (4) is made of high-quality steel and its surface is heat treated (by ionic nitriding) enabling application of up-to-date sealing components cups securing reliable tightness at the maximal working pressures and a long service life.

The working cycle is semi-automatic. The pressure needed for ironing or graining is to be adjusted by the pressure controller, the time by the time relay and the temperature for the electrical heating of the electrical plate by the temperature controller. The hydraulic system has been completed by a function of dynamic ironing enabling multiple repeating of the pressure effect to the processed leather.

• Vh - electrical heating of the heating plate divided in three sections and controlled by three controllers
• Vzl - complete set of tools
